Sorry, can't help Could be any of the three.
I am into desperation but if I see a girl get up to use the bathroom, it does not mean they are desperate. If I was attracted to them I might watch them like I would any other girl. If I got cuaght I'd look away to avoid detection. If she might be desperate, I would do the exact thing.
You'd have to see if he took a more vested interest if you showed signs of being desperate. Biting bottom lip, wiggling you know the movves. If he really seems to show more interest during these times, then mabe you can proove option 3.
