If he makes eye contact at other times, I'd choose "B"....but does not preclude "C".
If he seems most interested when she is going to the bathroom, "C" is a good possiblity.
She doesn't have to be desperate. He could be imagining her straining to hold on or imagining the act of her peeing.
However, she can never discard "A" unless she gets to know him better.
JMO...
