I don't have any pictures or video, I'm not into that, but I do have a very vivid memory of a woman at a concertabout a year ago who was dying to pee and pinching herself with her thumb and forefinger to maintain control (as opposed to holding herself outright).
Never saw this before, haven't seen it since. I was in line in front of her and, being chivalrous, let her go ahead of me. She made it, but not without some "dancing" (which I thoroughly enjoyed).
And yes, like many men, I do pinch myself at times when desperate, especially if no one is looking. I suspect that many men and women do this the same way...the hands-in-the-pants maneuver. (I've got hands in my pants and I've got to dance?)
