You sure you don't live in Sydney??! I *saw* that one day! I was walking around in town in Sydney one day at lunch, when I saw two gorgeous, dark haired women (one was Italian, I think) walking towards me, and the *other* one had a hand-sized almost perfectly circular peed spot in her crotch. They were walking out of a train station, so I suspect that they could been sitting on a train when it happened, but wherever it happened, it had to have happened pretty slowly, given the even spreading from the centre. But the thing that really amazed me was that they were both smiling and happily talking, walking along as if totally oblivious of the huge wet patch in that girl's jeans!
For some reason, I didn't think to look at her from behind as she passed - I think I must have been in shock, or perhaps too embarrassed for her (even though she didn't seem to be!). That was the first and last time I ever saw such an obvious and unheeded wetting. Maybe I should move back to Sydney and look for her. I keep looking for similar sights around London - no luck so far, although there have been some small marks that were a lot smaller - usually on the Tube. It's not the right season for this, though - most girls are now in big overcoats and mostly black leggings and suchlike.
But still I keep looking.
