Some women, like my mother, not only pee in the rain, they pee INVOLUNTARILY. They simply lose control of their bladders in the rain, even if they are protected from the rain by a raincoat or umbrella. When I was a boy, my mother and I would be in town on a street corner, waiting for a bus, while it was raining and she would announce to me, "I'm peeing myself!" Another time we had arrived home after being out in the rain. She had an umbrella and a raincoat, so she didn't get wet from the rain, but when she took her coat off, she saw me looking at the obviously wet crotch and legs of the gray slacks she was wearing. She simply said, "I've ALWAYS peed in the rain!"
