Frodo,
On days I have little to do, I often grab a book, then hold through breakfast & a bath. Usually, that's all I'm good for. Once in a while I'll risk going to bed without peeing. that almost always results in starling awake from a bad spasm. Then I have to get up, causing me to miss the yummy morning feeling.
My highschool girlfriend always delayed until reaching school--that with not having peed since about 4 PM the previous day.
