Dodge, I always figure it has something to do with women using toilet paper when they pee, while men don't. Eventually all that paper may tend to stop up the plumbing.
Outdoor concerts can especially be fun, since they usually employ porta-potties, which means there isn't even any men's room for a desperate woman to scurry into. (grin)
