that was Jana Novotna, but she only asked for the break because it was getting too dark, but the umpire didn't wan't to stop playing for that day yet. Then she came up with that toilet break. Of course the umpire understood her real motif and therefore didn't grant that break. That brought up a discussion in the media because usually players are allowed to have three or so toilet breaks of 5 or 10 min per match.
