Frankly, I'm surprised that the chafing of such pads would not become intolerable over the hours of the matches. Like marathhon runners, the girls must remain hydrated and if they don't sweat it out fast enough the rest goes straight to the bladder.
I wonder if there is a "macho" (for those girls, probably an apt word) thing about taking the bathroom breaks? Can you give us an insight?
