I also ordered videos on the first day they were available and only received them today. I live in the UK so I expect orders to other parts of Europe should be delivered very soon. I did email them twice enquiring about my order without any response but I guess the delays are caused by the huge amount of orders they are dealing with at the moment. All I can say is be patient because Club X-streams are the best for top quality wetting videos.
