Well, the Omorasi (OM) thing is the Japnase guys more or less force the women to hold back as long as possible. When they loose the fight they wet themselves, but then comes the part they have to show the guys they are ashamed of what they have done. In most scenes it's very clear (to me at least) they humilate the girls. And I'm one of the guys that simply prefers to let a girl wet herself because she loves it. Not because she's forced to do so, although I know there's a lot of acting in it.
