Before I ever saw one with my own eyes I had it described to me by a girl I knew a while ago. She was talking about the time she worked at a busy fast food joint and often wouldn't get a pee break for 8 or 9 hours. She went on to mention one time in particular when she hadn't been able to go pee till her shift was over and had to go really bad. As she pulled her pants down she said she could see her abdomen was protruding due to the massive amount of urine in her rock hard bladder. I was so turned on just hearing her describe that!
I look for the bulge since then and if the clothes are form fitting enough and the girl in question normally has a flat stomach then it is visible.
