Yes, I love that, and have been lucky enough to have tickled a few girls and women who ended up wetting their pants or panties. I've posted at Patches' Place one description of a girl who wet her panties and dress totally while being tickled when she and I were about 17. As an adult I've also tickled a couple of women who wet themselves, once in her pants and the other while wearing just panties. I've written those up as well somewhere in these archives.
