Like I said in my intro, I often get my wife into bed when I know she's full. She wasn't too sure at first, but she soon learned that she is much more sensitive and has more intense orgasms when she is straining to hold in her pee.
I can also tell you, from the guy's perspective, that I like it when my bladder is full too, especially if she is on top. The sensations are much stronger all around.
