My wife is x-mas shopping now, it'd be nice to have her response here. But after 10 years of marriage, I can say that female wet dreams are very real. On several occassions she has awakened from a sex dream and been having an orgasm. Yes, a real dream induced orgasm. I know it's true because she wakes me up with a loud moan and startled movement in the bed. I've questioned her as to whetther or not she's touched herself or just orgasmed from dream (mental ) stimulation alone. She doesn't remember because she was dreaming.
Also, she has awakened in the night while unintentionally peeing in the bed, usually dreaming of sitting on the toilet.
I was a child bedwetter. As an aldult I have unintentionally wet a couple of times, ususally wake up as I'm peeing and feel it running down my thigh r or something. One time, at my sisters house, I went to bed totally exhausted and having drunk a fair amount of wine jsut before going to sleep. I awoke with a good sized wet spot underneath me, but got to the toilet in time to finish it off. Also, after moving into my house, totally exhausted from furniture moving, I awoke to wetting myself.
It'd be lots of fun to pick a night when very tired and intentionally drink a ton of water before going to bed. Then see what happens.
