There used to be a site that gave instructions and tips on how to pee standing but I couldn't find it for you this morning; however I remember it saying you needed to push as your stream slowed so as to not drip down. Another thing I remembered was if you were getting wet when first starting; you need to first block your pee hole with a finger for a moment, and then remove it as soon as the pressure for release was upon it which would cause a very strong start with no getting wet.
