When your bladder gets really full to where its hard and buldging below your belly button, it will also push down into your vigana where the result is a very crowded situation so to speak and for the guy it feels great but for you its gonna hurt and you'll probably also squirt which then always puts me "over the edge" really fast. It will be easier on you to lie on your side with him behind you, and that way one of you can help hold it a little with a hand. Have fun...
