I think it is quite exciting and also very natural that you would like to be punished after wetting. The very natural feelings of the embarassment and desperation that perhaps we feel when wetting our pants is also closely linked to the feelings of being bent over or turned over somebodies knee and being spanked for "wetting your pants" Often a paddling or spanking across wet pants can be a very wonderful feeling. As well, if you have wet your pants and then had your pants pulled down, received a hard spanking so that your bottom is red and stinging, and then pulling your cold wet pants (panties) and jeans back up over your hot bottom can also be a wonderful feeling.
I noticed that later you posted a note about peeing in your snowsuit. I have to admit that this has long been a fetish of mine, wetting in a snowsuit and even moreso, seeing a woman in her snowsuit, and then knowing that she has wet her pants underneath, checking and finding wet pants. It is also very exciting for me to think about being spanked for wetting your snowsuit. A paddling hurts less when it starts over the snowsuit but the wetness inside the snowsuit provides a really unique feeling and experience. Then when the snowpants are pulled down and the spanking continues it is also very exciting in many ways. I hope this is some of what you are thinking about and I think it is really neat that you would desire "discipline" after wetting your pants.
