Is the opposite of "disgruntled"
"gruntled"? I don't know what it means to be "gruntled". Anyway, don't be so fast to file a lawsuit for harassment.
An employer is allowed to set standards of behavior for an office. If you claim a disability that causes you to piss your pants, the boss only has to provide a "reasonable accommodation". Sorry, but you have no right to piss your pants at work. There are health issues involved.
(not that I've never done it at work, but I never insisted on it as a "right"). And, pissing on your boss' desk when he is sitting there could be considered an act of assault -- fear that you may have AIDS, some of your urine splash on him, etc. If you want to pee on anything at work, I suggest doing it when no one is around.
