Have you asked your man at all about this? Start small, just aks if you can watch him pee one time. Curiosity like that is very common. If he seems not to like the idea, you can easily back off. But at least find out.
I'd love to do the things you described. They happen to be the same things that turn me on. I've imagined a woman doing the splits and peeing (what's it look like anyway? I'd love to know.). Also, peeing while walking, or running.
