Yes I've had sightings where a woman has just peed right out in full view of passers-by, looking down at her business rather than staring back at the gawkers. Not sure whether this means they are just so turned on by the sight of their own peeing or find the best way to avoid embarrasment is to concentrate on what they are doing whilst ignoring everyone else.
The last time I saw one like this was at The Notting Hill Carnival 4 months ago. A woman in her 20's with pink-dyed hair (hardly inconspicuous) squatted between 2 parked cars, rather than going behind them as everyone else was doing. Then she just looked down between her legs as her pee jetted forward towards the centre of the road where dozens of people were walking past. Most of them looked round at what she was doing, though none stopped to stare or make a comment. I was sitting right opposite, about 15 metres away: I'd been sitting there when she walked down to chose that place to pee, so my presence certainly was no deterrent.
