I'm also having trouble, but only with viewing.
My copy downloads and unzips just fine, but when I view it, I only get about the top 70% of each page. Rather bizarre, since I've tried viewing it on both PC & UNIX systems, with both Acrobat and 'GV'. Neither are reporting short-files or file-corruption either. Oh well....
