You obviously have confused Joe Handel's work with that of the earlier Court Composer Friedrich Handel who composed "Wassermusick" for some Royal outing on the Tums. Joe Handel composed "Waterworks," a piece for the harmonium, to celebrate the invention of the flush toilet by someone name crapper. You can look it up.
