as far as filling your bladder for a burstin good pee just drink about 5 glasses of Iced Tea and just refuse to use the toilet no mateer what, eventullaly it will come out, and once you start you won't be able to stop untill you are done. Standing in the shower is a great idea if you are worried about the floor
