Wow - honestly since I've been posting here
there's been practically no bickering that
I've noticed - things must have since then.
You might want to try again as the tone must
have changed here a lot.
To Molly - don't be disheartened. I know for
me, starting to post here was a *big* deal as
the w/s aspect of my life was a *big* secret.
But for the folks here its biz as usual. Ho
hum another gusher story... But seriously
I think the posters/lurkers ratio must be
about 1/10 or something. So be assured that
your tales are certainly giving a lot of
people enjoyment.
My view is that after the initial flurry of
welcomes and back pats that are given to
a relatively new poster, that person tends to
feel a bit slighted when there are not a lot
of postive responses - but check back and
see how often the seasoned veterans post stuff
and it it does not get a big response - but
they know that it's getting read and often there
will be a personal back-and-forth about it
after a week or so. The trick is you
have to go back and check on the posts after
a bit.
Like the story about the wet fire girl, I was
suprised that nobody picked up on that - I
really like it, so I took the time to go
back and mention how much I enjoyed it.
So please post more, we think it's great - J
