I've done that a few times. Once I was in a taxie cab with my girlfriend. I was SO FULL and it was starting to leak out. No matter how hard I tried to hold it in even with both hands crunched between my locked up legs I could feel it leaking more and more. Then as I felt a REALLY STRONG spasim starting I opened my legs and shoved one hand under my shorts, pushed my first finger between my soaked lips and pressed really hard on my pee hole. It was right there right at my finger trying to escape and relieve my aching bladder but nothing came out. I had to pee SO BAD and it felt like I was going to every second but keeping my finger there held it until the cab reached my apartment. Thank god it was evening and only by keeping my finger there I was able to get inside to the toilet but when I needed both hands to get my shorts off it came gushing out all over so I jumped into the bath tub and peed in my shorts.
