That's the sort of thing I love - a lady waiting until she's almost bursting. It's particularly a turn-on if it's due to circumstances, rather than deliberately i.e. no loo available etc.
I find it really exciting if she's dressed elegantly, and also tries her best not to show that she needs a loo.
