What this clip is about is a young boy (corey haim I think) dressed as a female so he could get into the girls dressing room.
The "wet pants" is created when he falls over the mop bucket, spilling the water.
What were you doing when you watched this clip? I guess it doesn't hurt to dream, would rather it be a real woman though. Thanks anyway.
