I have not actually seen her desperate while at work - I don't work with her - but she has mentioned such occasions to me. When I asked her how she managed, she said that she would try to sit very still with her legs crossed tightly. She says the hardest thing is to carry on with the work at hand and the conversation, when she can only think of her bladder!
