I also lived thru primary school in a Catholic
institution run by Sisters.
Two "sightings" caused by "You can wait!"
In grade 4, a classmate one row across from me
was denied the bathroom and subsequently peed in
her corduroys. She insisted that the puddle under
her desk was caused by a leaking steam radiator
by her window seat. The teacher called her a big
baby and sent her to the nurse's office.
In grade 6, a young lady wet the floor during
the national anthem. She had been denied a last
minute potty trip. She was publicly ridiculed
by the teacher and ordered to get a mop and clean
it up. She left the room, but didn't return.
On a brighter note, that teacher has since died
from lung cancer.
