I think you are getting mixed up trying to find a term. Urophilia is a medical term dealing with a physiological state. The fasination with desperation is a psychological state dealing with the mind. Whether it has a term associated with it I do not know, but it would not be medical. If there is you would need to contact a psyco doctor.
