I've always been fascinated by peeing in my clothing and having the girls in my life do the same. But usually this is pre-planned and an interlude leading to the bed.
However, I have had the same experience you mention several times. It's usually when I'm traveling and away from my love interest. The first time was an evening when I fell victim to heavy traffic after delivering a colleague to the airport in a rented car. We'd had a couple of cups of coffee while waiting for the plane so I was filling up fast.
I made it back to the hotel, ascended in the elevator and ran down the hallway to my room. I managed to open the door of my room. I was rushing to the bathroom when I lost control. I took off my slacks and sat down to fully soak my jockeys. It was great to be so helpless.
Since that time about five years ago, I've found it convenient and stimulating to recapitulate this scene. I love it each time.
