Sick No.
Sick is intolerance and hurting people. Sick is being disgusted with yourself and unhappy.
Yes I suppose many of us sometimes don't, or didn't, feel happy with our little fetish, that is a kind of sickness which is curable by coming here and letting it all out and deciding it's OK to like piss etc.
The only other thing which is unhealthy is if it becomes such an obsession that it interfears with the rest of your life. This is a risk for us all as it is with drink or drugs or 'straigt' sex or anything else.
Enjoy your mess, if it's fun for you and your; but don't impose it on people if they don't like it.
