I for one, can't pee when I am cuming either. My muscles are all clenched too tight let even a drop out.
So I either have to pee before...which usually sets off the orgasm, which immediately stops the pee stream...or after.
If I wait to pee after, I have to wait until my muscles relax enough to let go.
