LOL, yeah, I guess you could say I have a "well-disciplined urinary system"! I've put it through a lot, and it has never disobeyed me... until today! (Read my other message to find out what I mean.) Of course, I usually stop the hold-it game just short of wetting myself, or manage to hang on if it's unintentional and in public, until a toilet is reached (I've been REALLY bad before a couple of times unintentionally in public, and I don't know how I've managed it, but I have). But I pretty much always know where my limit is where I can be sure of holding, and I can control it really well usually, even when I don't know for sure if I can.
Haven't ever done more than 24 hours before, though... my best before was 22 hours, and I did that when I was 5 years younger. I just got lucky today...
And yes, my bladder will get breaks... as many as it needs :-), over the next few days, and I'm sure I won't be trying this again for a while!--although if somebody posts a date for another World No-Pee day (and if it's not tomorrow!, lol), I'd probably join. I tried the last one and my bladder was protesting so loudly at 12 hours that for my sanity I had to give in.
