Well, "me", you are making a distinction that is pretty darn small, and pretty darn petty in my opinion. I'm not saying I know all the legal ramifiations. I am not a lawyer. But I do know that he was walking the line, and a zealous prosecutor (at least in this country) could very well go after him for what he did (unless he is a minor himself). And besides, he was talking about 10 and 11 year old kids, getting satisfaction out of making 10 and 11 year old kids wet their pants. What are you defending him for? What country do you live in anyway? Is the age of consent over there 10 or 11? Besides, there was NO CONSENT. This was just the exploitation of children for personal gratification, period. And What if he had done it to a full-grown adult, whether male or female? You don't think they could have pressed charges? You're darn right they could have. Look, it's guys like him that give watersports enthusiasts a bad name. Don't defend him.
