I have heard from 2 different news sources that there are really no facilities in New York City for the New Years Eve Celebration. I know that if I were there without a diaper or something like that my pants would be quite wet now & I bet that there are many others who could say the same. Even a great many who are right @ this moment dealing with wet pants or skirts.
