Actually when the empty bladder has the same pressure as the full one everything comes to a stop, then the original pisser pushes an applies what ever pressure she can. Thi forces a little more inot the reciever. Then the reciever can push some back. It's fun for both to start out with full ladders to, but whoever has the stronger bladder musclescan inflict slight pain on the weaker one.I'm not inot pain of any sirt, and I don't want to damage my friends in any way. So we never go beyond slightly uncomfortable. Also sometimes we experience leaking past the bulb on the end of the cath, and end up having a pissy mess. But we like those too.
