Hi Rani,
I know that in London there were thousands of people who took up the prime locations along the banks of the Thames, and on the bridges, by early afternoon. There were no toilets on the bridges and realtively few on the embankments. As the crowds gathered later some of the bridges became so crowded that police closed them off to any further revellers. What did all those people caught on the brisges do if they needed a wee?
If they left the bridge they wouldn't be able to get back, so they HAD to do right there, or hold out till after the firework display at midnight.
Of course the crowd was so packed that no-one else would notice if they wet themselves.
