13.40 – God I need to go soooo bad now! I’ve literally got everything crossed now – I’m really having to hold myself. Fortunately I am pretty much on my own here – the only others are in the mail room downstairs – because I am now wriggling about I need the toilet so badn it hurts!

Just had to take a call from one of the other partners and I really thought I was going to do it in my knickers when I had to stand up to go to the fax machine! Standing there was agony and I just had to stand with my legs crossed.
