I don't know what brand of incontinence pants you have but I can speak from experience that no one seems to notice when I'm wearing mine. Agreed, I'm male & expected to have a buldge in my crotch but I never leave the house unprotected any more & I never have noticed any unusual looks towards my crotch. Of course you have the advantage of being able to wear full skirts with no one thinking anything of it which would be able to conceal much more, even a diaper if you wanted.
There are days when the protection is unneeded but there are also very many days when if I wasn't my pants would be wet. Although this is an exciting thing I really would rather not be wet @ work, it just wouldn't be cool.
It sounds like you are about as incontinent as I am so we have something in common. Write me if you want to go into any of this outside of the message boards.
