Darren my friend, this is all in your head. What wench100 said is all true. People hardly notice anything to do with peeing, expect those who have a special interest in it (ie: us)
You have probably thought of all this before so I don't know how much it will help. What you have to do is start taking action, building yourself up with words and positive thoughts. Sounds lame I know, but who cares if it works.
Tell yourself in front of the mirror at least 3 times each morning that you will no longer be concerned with the silly thoughts you think others have concerning your bathroom breaks. This technique of saying things aloud in front of a mirror is used by many people to help them change their ideas and behavior.
Perhaps another thing to help is to think of the alterative. Imagine yourself holding your crotch and then stopping in front of the door and peeing yourself in front of all those girls. I can guarantee you that they will notice that. Perhaps this fear will over come your old one and you'll choose the "lesser of two evils".
After some time you'll realize that your fears are all in your head and I'm sure you'll look back on it and smile.
I hope we've been of some help.
