I had the same problem on my first job-- I was very shy about having to use the bathroom, and the men would all congregate at the fellow's desk who sat right outside the ladie's room. They made rude comments as women co-workers went in and out. Of course today, they could be fired for harassment,and an enlightened employer would move desks around a bit. Anyway, after waiting until lunch to use the restroom at a coffee shop and running into the house at 90 mph every night, I finally started making a game of it and "giving it right back" to the men. I'd tell them that I drank lots of coffee so I could have an excuse to see them, ask why they were so fascinated with women's toilet habits -- was there something amiss in their toilet training,etc. So, I would smile at the ladies you pass, say you enjoy coming to the men's room so you can see them as otherwise you have to stay on a different floor, etc. etc. It's all in your attitude.
