Like I said previously, I don't do this very often, and one reason for that is that it takes some planning, and some preparations. But it is well worth the effort, belive me.
I pee my regular morning pee in the shower before having breakfast. During the day I make sure to drink alot, after lunch only water, and pee whenever I need to.
