I tried a goodnights on New Year's Eve. It held up fairly well to what otherwise would have been a quite wet bed. I finally overfilled it as I flooded it in it's already pretty saturated state when I stood in the shower the next day.
As far as the weight thing, I'm 165 so it is a bit of a misnomer....
