I tried it a few times, but overall was disappointed. When I wet my pants, I like to let out little amounts all day. Trouble is, I felt I wanted to let large amounts go sitting at my computer with a pad. I used supposedly high capacity pads, but the capacity is not the issue, it is flooding. Even though I am male and had my penis pointing up, it did not take much to make it all leak out the bottom. Maybe you could let small spurts go, but I suspect once you started, you would want to let lots go like I did. You would therefore get more of a flooding problem. Being female, your pee would have less far to spread out than mine.
It was fun anyway because I just love the feel of pee running back down the side of my penis and flooding my balls.
