I've tried them and like them OK. Neither less nor more fun than peeing my pants but definitely different. A bulging, sodden diaper is nice. But as someone mentioned below, you do have to watch out for flooding, though I have found men to usually be the ones with the enormous bladders.
On a second note, you say you are not the type to be afraid of other people knowing you are wearing them. But are you afraid of others knowing you are using them? Haha!
I wish people didn't get so offended here about the talk of diapers. Just because it's not the diaper board does not mean a lot of us don't like wearing them. Personally, I think they should re-name the Diaper board the Adult Baby board and that would solve the whole issue.
