Just been reading through some more reviews. They seem to indicate the Kate pees "down her leg" or "all over herself" (one reviewer referred to "golden showers", but I would think she doesn't understand the exact meaning of that term). If the harness was designed to stop the urine going down her leg then either it didn't work or they used another take where she did it for real.
Here's another quote:
