can ppw movie clips be setup like this?

Ok call me stupid,but since alot of people seem to be having trouble downloading the ppw movie clips,is there any possible way to set all the movies up on a page like this one here: bbs.bianca.com/mforums/b/benjamindover/posts/1999_Nov_12/105964/105964.html It seems to me something like this is so easy to access just by the way it is set up with the clips ready to go.No,I am not a computer wizard so I have no clue if this can be done that way or not,that is why I am asking?
