I want to learn at least 20 languages
before I turn the age of 70.

I want to learn to speak Spanish,
German, Japanese,
Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, Arabic, Croatian,
Slavic, Italian, Greek, Latin, as many
African languages as I can, French, Indian,
Bengali, Korean, Vietnamese, Cambodian,
(Kampuchean? correct me) Cherokee (I'm related
to some Cherokee people) Russian (Including
the Slavic dialects) Polish, Czechoslovakian,
Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Celtic dialects,
and thats all I can think of straigh away,
but I wish to learn about cultures other than
my own as well as the languages spoken.

Why? Because its fun to learn and speak
other languages and to travel and see
new and different people, just staying in
one place can get old, and if I'm going
to travel, I must learn the local languages
and customs if I am to communicate properly
with the people that reside there.

Why stick to one language and stay in one
place for so long? Sure it is good to
have your own place to call home, but
who says that you have to stay in your
home 24 hours per day, seven days per week
always? Traveling every so often makes
you feel better and you will meet new
people, and learn new things.
